Meeting with Senior Executives of Grupo LAFISE 2014-12-5 14:14

Upon invitation by the Latin American Financial Services Group (Grupo LAFISE), Mr. Bernard Li, Deputy General Manager of Public Relations Department of HKND Group, held a cordial meeting with the President of Grupo LAFISE, Mr. Roberto J. Zamora and other senior executives of the company on December 3, 2014.

Both sides had friendly exchanges on the latest developments of the Nicaragua Grand Canal Project, proposed multiple opportunities for future cooperation in the fields of banking, finance, insurance and logistics. They also had a constructive conversation on topics such as corporate public relations and public welfare programs.

Mr. Roberto Zamora, President of Grupo LAFISE, said his group can offer a broad portfolio of products and quality services that will contribute to the successful development of the Grand Canal Project.

Mr. Li thanked the kind invitation of Grupo LAFISE, noting that the Integrated Development Project of the Grand Canal of Nicaragua welcomes all sectors of the society. Besides, he is confident that in the future HKND Group and Grupo LAFISE will develop good mutually beneficial relationships in many areas of the Project.

Also present at the meeting were: Mr. Carlos Briceño Rios, General Manager of Central American Credit Bank (BANCENTRO); Mr. Rodrigo Zamora Terán, Regional Manager of Corporate Banking of BANCENTRO and Director of Fundación Zamora Terán; Mr. Claudio Taboada, General Manager of Seguros LAFISE; Mr. Enrique Zamora, Director of Banco LAFISE and President of the Association of Producers and Exporters of Nicaragua (APEN); Ms. Marixell García Zavala, Senior Business Executive of Corporate and Multinational Banking of BANCENTRO.
